Below is my Santa Barbara market update- my summary of residential statistical information reported through the Santa Barbara MLS through the third quarter of 1995. Sales activity is off almost 30% compared with 1994. However, sales activity for Montecito was up for the month of September. Hopefully this trend will continue.
